On October 1, 2015, City Manager Ed Augustus kicked off the celebration of World Smile Day and Fall into Reading month by reading Too Much Glue with preschool children who visited City Hall. Children enjoyed story time with Smiley. Moe Bergman delivered the Mayor's Proclamation for World Smile Day and Worcester Reads, October 2,2015.
